Systems Distributed – terms of service
Thank you for your interest in attending Systems Distributed. All ticket holders are required to acknowledge and accept the following Terms of Service during the ticket purchase process:
Code of Conduct
The Berlin Code of Conduct applies to this conference, and you should familiarize yourself with this before purchasing a ticket.
We invite all those who participate in Systems Distributed to help us create safe and positive experiences for everyone. Violations, or suspected violations, or related negative experiences can be reported to any of the conference organizing team, who will take appropriate escalatory steps.
Refund & Return Policy
We understand that plans change. To ensure we can make unfilled seats available to others, we offer refunds up to 30 days prior to the event start date:
No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event, or after June 26th, 2026.
We will gladly transfer tickets to a new attendee if the original purchaser sells or gifts their ticket. Please contact us to update the ticket holder’s details.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All tickets are delivered digitally. A receipt (powered by Stripe) will be emailed to the purchaser immediately upon payment.
All ticket prices are final and inclusive of applicable fees.
A tax invoice can be issued upon request. Please email marina@tigerbeetle.com.
If you are a registered student and would like to inquire about a discount, please contact the organizers directly before purchasing.
Ticket holders do not need to bring anything on the day; names will be listed at registration.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that Systems Distributed is cancelled, all ticket holders will be refunded in full for their ticket purchase. Please note: we cannot reimburse other costs associated with attendance, such as travel, accommodation, visa application costs, or insurance.
